When opting for renewable Web3 Domains, you set the yearly renewal fee registrant need to pay to maintain their Web3 TLD. You'll receive registration and renewal fees into the wallet which owns your Web3 TLD.

When privately staking a Web3 TLD, you set your registration fees, opt for renewable or expiry-less Web3 Domains and then set allowlist access which can include allowing owners of any ERC20 or ERC721 (NFT) token or by providing a list of wallet addresses

Within this 90 day grace period you can still renew the Web3 TLD
